You can do this in the Emails part of our in-house made Hepsia Control Panel where you can see your mailboxes available in alphabetical order. You can select an e-mail and click on the auto-responder icon or simply right-click and select the feature in the context menu which will appear. All you have to do will be to type in the content that you would like to be sent as an automatic reply and save the changes. You are able to type in any text you want and updating or removing the auto-responder function can be just as easy. From the same part of the Control Panel it is easy to check which e-mail accounts have the feature active and which don't.

To create, change or delete a message, click on the matching image for the given email address, type in the content that you'd like to use, save the change and you will be all set. If you select a group of email addresses, you'll be able to activate or deactivate the feature for them in bulk, with as little efforts.
